Kopyeson

An artist of few words who exercises discretion when discussing his career or accomplishments. Having spent years building street art teams all over Asia and building a tight-knit community of artists of similar interests, he also continued to work closely with his early mentor – the revered OG SLICK Kopyeson had his debut show with OGALLERY LA in July of 2020 with the background of the nationwide protests over racial inequalities that bled into the national political conversation that is ongoing.  His themes touch upon his youth growing up in Los Angeles where the violence in minority communities, systemic injustices and inequalities, and ultimately the art that bred from these issues beginning in the eighties from which he took great influence.
